Black Diamond Aviation will make every effort to ensure our passengers are safe when travelling on our aircraft. With the assistance of our new COVID-19 Safety Plan (view the full plan here), together with our new internal policies regarding health, hygiene and physical distancing, we are on track to minimise the risk of COVID-19 to all of our passengers.
To continue our success, and to ensure we continue to be as affective in minimising the risk of COVID-19 to our passengers, we kindly ask that you work with us by doing the following:
TRAVEL WITHIN THE NORTHERN TERRITORY
TRAVEL FROM OTHER STATES/TERRITORIES TO THE NORTHERN TERRITORY
It is important to know that strict border controls apply in the Northern Territory for all access points by road, rail, air and sea. Full details about how this may impact your arrival into the Northern Territory can be found here.
Passengers are to ensure that they hold all relevant documentation for the arriving and departing State/Territory. All documentation must be forwarded to our Operations Team at the time of making your charter booking. It is important to note that Black Diamond Aviation will in particularly ask for the following:
In addition to the above, passengers are asked to do the following prior to boarding a Black Diamond Aviation aircraft:
TRAVEL FROM THE NORTHERN TERRITORY TO OTHER STATES/TERRITORIES
Passengers are to ensure that they hold all relevant documentation for the arriving and departing State/Territory. All of your documentation must be forwarded to our Operations Team at the time of making your charter booking.
In addition to the above, passengers are asked to do the following prior to boarding a Black Diamond Aviation aircraft:

- To minimise your time spent near other travellers, including our aircrew, you are required to email a copy of your completed and signed work/travel permit to our Operations Team, including quarantine evidence (if applicable) at the time of making your charter booking.
- Arrive no later than 20 minutes BEFORE your flight.
- Passengers are required to check-in and adhere to the 1.5m physical distance rule between themselves and aircrew, as well as themselves and fellow passengers.
- Passengers are required to wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds prior to boarding our aircraft.
- Passengers are strongly encouraged to use the available hand sanitiser prior to boarding our aircraft. If you are boarding our aircraft at Gove Aiport, hand sanitiser is available from our check-in counter. If you are boarding our aircraft in a community or homeland, hand sanitiser is available from your pilot.
TRAVEL FROM OTHER STATES/TERRITORIES TO THE NORTHERN TERRITORY

- Completed Border Arrivals Form
- Any person not holding the above documentation, or the incorrect documentation, will be required to quarantine for 14 days. Details of what is required to self-quarantine can be found here.
